For over two decades, DTI has been more than just a workplace, it has been a journey of shared growth, resilience, and transformation. To honor this 23rd milestone, we held a Tasyakur bi Ni’mat, a moment to pause, reflect, and express our deepest gratitude for every blessing that has brought us to where we are today.
The event was intentionally designed with a relaxed yet meaningful atmosphere. We wanted to move away from formal rigidness and instead foster a sense of “home.” The day began with a Opening followed by a beautiful Qur’anic Recitation, setting a spiritual and peaceful tone for the rest of the celebration.
Then took the stage for the Opening Speech, reflecting on the 23-year history and project planning of DTI. It wasn’t just a report of numbers or achievements, but it was a story of people. The DTI’ers who have dedicated their talent and heart to our mission.
One of the most touching segments of the day was the Tausyiah and Prayer Session. In the midst of our fast-paced industry, this session allowed us to reconnect with our values and seek blessings for the years ahead.
Following the spiritual session, we moved to the heart of Indonesian celebration, by the Anniversary Ceremony (Potong Tumpeng). The cutting of the tumpeng symbolizes our collective gratitude and the hope that our success continues to rise, much like the cone of the rice itself. It was a moment of pure joy as the first slices were shared, representing our unity as a family.
A company is only as strong as its team, and we took this opportunity to show our appreciation. We distributed Anniversary Souvenirs as a keepsake of this special year. We also held a special segment for the Best Attendance Reward, honoring the discipline and dedication of those who show up every day with consistency and passion.
While the event has concluded, the spirit of our Tasyakur bi Ni’mat remains as strong as ever. We were truly humbled by the outpouring of sincere prayers and hopes shared by all DTI’ers during the event. These wishes are the “fuel” that will keep us moving forward, innovating, and growing together.
