Delivery of Operator Chair Modification Project to PT Len Industri

At the end of 2024, PT Desain Teknik Indonesia (DTI) had the opportunity to collaborate with PT Len Industri (Persero) on a strategic project. Entrusted with this responsibility, DTI was assigned to carry out the modification of operator chairs in accordance with the technical specifications provided by PT Len Industri.

Project Execution Process

The project was carried out in a structured and step-by-step manner, starting from:

  1. Concept Design – The DTI team developed modification concepts based on operational needs and user comfort.
  2. Drawing & Modeling – Preparation of detailed technical drawings and 3D models to ensure compliance with standards.
  3. Strength Analysis – Involving experts to ensure that every modification remains safe for long-term use.
  4. Production – Executed at DTI’s workshop with strict quality control.
  5. Quality Control – A series of tests were conducted, including functional, visual, and material inspections, to ensure the results met expectations.

In addition, during the entire process, weekly joint monitoring was conducted between DTI and PT Len Industri to ensure progress was transparent and on schedule.

Product Handover

After successfully completing all phases, in January 2025, the modified operator chairs were officially delivered by DTI to PT Len Industri. This handover marked the successful completion of the project, meeting targets both in terms of quality and timeline.
